I have been following with a lot of curiosity each episode of this magical and courageous initiative. I got my first tarot deck after the workshop you did and became so drawn to it. Last night before going to sleep I took a card asking the question about how to reconnect with my motivation and got this one!
I’m intrigued by the Rider-Waite knight’s absent right leg! There are so many symbolic meanings I can think of for this (about balance of creative/intellectual energy, ability to hang on and control direction, the horse’s role in the journey, etc)…or maybe it’s just bent up out of our view…
Thank you for the reminder that forging ahead with exuberant, enthusiastic, energy can be beneficial. You can always edit later! I find free writing (even on an unrelated prompt) can silence the inner critic briefly and open a channel for fresh ideas or a new perspective to seep in. A good reminder to use that technique more regularly in my writing practice.
